Warning: the Tweeniverse might explode at any second.

It looks increasingly like Justin Bieber will soon be teaming up with One Direction - the group behind mega hit "We Are Young" - on some kind of collaboration, as One Direction’s Niall Horan Tweeted yesterday:

“In the studio with our boy @justinbieber last night, it’s gona sound great!”

Later on, fellow bandmate Liam Payne wrote on the social network: “Got a first listen to justin biebers new album yesterday wowww big songs!!! Its gunna be a smash… Expect the unexpected.”

It's unclear what the future will bring between Bieber and these young British hunks, but the present has Justin's “Boyfriend” downloaded 521,000 times in its first week of release, while One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” also sits in the top 10 on iTunes.

Like we said: Tweeniverse. Explosion. You've been warned.

Justin Bieber Promises New, Fresh "Boyfriend" Video

Justin Bieber continues to give his fans a taste of his forthcoming video for "Boyfriend," with new teaser clips (below) and interviews on the topic.

"I think people are going to be really happy [with the video] and ... I think it's going to make people like the song more," Bieber told MTV News.

"The song, and the album (Believe), in general, is just really new and fresh and I think that people are going to be really happy to hear it."

The song represents a more mature sound for the 18-year-old, but he says "Boyfriend" is just one component of the album's overall sound.

"I think it's part of it," he said. "My whole album is so different and every song's different, I think that what's special about it; nothing sounds the same."

Bieber also teased that he would be hitting the studio with his mentor Usher, who in turn tweeted a bit more about working with his understudy.

"Ohh ... and trust we got a duet coming for 'LOOKING 4 MYSELF' and 'BELIEVE,'" he said of working with the teen star on both their forthcoming albums.

"He has come a long way. Proud to see his evolution as an artist!"

We're guessing 19,863,129 Beliebers (as of this post) concur.

Justin Bieber Covers Seventeen, Loves Selena Gomez

Justin Bieber may be singing about life as "Boyfriend" these days, but the 18-year old knows it takes more than just a few catchy lyrics to actually satisfy the opposite sex.

So, how does he approach his relationship with Selena Gomez? Simple, the singer tells the latest issue of Seventeen.

"I'm just trying to make her happy, that's all. I think it's important to make all women feel like they're princesses, because every girl is a princess. I'm serious."

Aside from making women swoon with that quote, Justin touched on a number of other topics with the magazine. To wit:

Who is his role model? "Usher is who I look to for guidance. From the beginning, he told me to put family first and you'll always succeed, because your family will never leave you. He told me to always stay humble and never forget where I came from."

How will he remain close to his fans? "A lot of times, when artists grow older, they lose their younger fans because they're just trying to get older fans. But if you try to make good music, then you'll just appease everybody. I just want to make music that's good for everybody."

What's his biggest fear? "Losing a family member… I've never lost anyone, so I don't know what the feeling would be. It would just be scary."

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: Kiss Cam Couple

Justin Bieber enjoyed a very special night on Tuesday.

First, the singer graced the stage of The Voice and revealed the release date of his next studio album. Circle June 19 on your calendar, fans.

Then, the young superstar raced over to The Staples Center and joined girlfriend Selena Gomez at the Lakers game. It was a disappointing affair for the home team, who were blown out by the Spurs, but an adorable one for fans of this couple.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez pucker up for 'Kiss Cam'

Dreamy teen couple Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez split up on Tuesday (April 17) - at least for a couple hours - this while he made an appearance on "The Voice" and she performed on "Dancing with the Stars." But the two quickly reunited and showed their love publicly at the L.A. Lakers game.

It was during the second quarter of the contest versus San Antonio that Bieber, fresh off of doing a little radio play-by-play on the Lakers radio network, got caught by the famed "Kiss Cam." Luckily Gomez was seated alongside him, so they puckered up much to the delight of the crowd.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez aren't the first celebs to be caught by the ever watchful "Kiss Cam." Previous participants include Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox as well as Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.

Madonna's daughter Lourdes caught smoking: 'I wasn't very happy,' says Madge

Madonna is not cool with 15-year-old daughter Lourdes smoking cigarettes. TOKONews share Top News today. In an interview with Harry Smith on NBC's "Rock Center," Madge finally weighs in on a picture of her daughter smoking.

"How did Madonna react to that?" asks Smith.

"She wasn't very happy," says Madonna, referring to herself in the third person. Then she adds that she doesn't think she's a particularly tough mom and could probably stand to be stricter with her kids.

"It's hard," Madonna continues. "Every day is a negotiation. But cigarette smoking I'm not very fond of -- for anyone."

(Note: She's also not fond of hydrangeas.)

When Smith points out that there's footage of Madge smoking in her "Girl Gone Wild" video, she replies -- apparently not noting the irony, "I don't smoke. That's just an accessory, Harry. There's a difference."

Ah. See below for the results of our "how many pictures of Madonna smoking can we find in 5 minutes" self-challenge. Hint: She "accessorizes" a lot and has been for years.

Justin Bieber Taunts Mariah Yeater via Twitter

With his motivation unclear, yet his message direct, Justin Bieber took to Twitter over the weekend and taunted the young woman who accused him of fathering her baby last year.

During his self-proclaimed #RANDOMTWITTERHOUR, Bieber aimed some pent-up wrath at Mariah Yeater and wrote:

"Dear Mariah Yeeter...we have never met...so from the heart i just wanted to say..." - and here he linked to the following Borat clip - "You will never get this. You will never get this. La la la la la."

In late 2011, Yeater spoke to the tabloids and claimed she had sex with Bieber backstage after a concert in Los Angeles. She then sued him for paternity of her three-month old son.

But Bieber's lawyers fought back, the suit was eventually dropped and little has been said about Yeater since December, when an ex-boyfriend came out and said he was the father of her child.

Why did Justin choose this moment to revisit the past? Who knows. But the overall message is all that matters: You suck, Mariah Yeater! Leave JB alone!

Justin Bieber Wrote a Song About Mariah Yeater

While most everyone else on the planet has forgotten the name Mariah Yeater by now, Justin Bieber is once again making it clear that this blackmailing 20-year old remains very much on his mind.

A couple days after the singer taunted Yeater over Twitter, he told reporters in London that he actually wrote a single about the young woman who tried to sue him for paternity of her child last year.

"There's a song about that girl that said she was gonna have my baby, Mariah Yeater," Justin said at a press event. "There are songs about things I'm going through. I wrote songs about different situations."

Bieber added that he penned 40 tracks for the album - titled "Believe" and set to own the music charts starting on June 19 - and isn't sure if the Yeater single will be included.

"Every song has a piece of me," the Biebs told BBC News. "It's so cool to do different styles and step out of my comfort zone."
